How To Book
1 - Check that the week you want is free by looking at
the Price Guide for the type of accommodation you are interested in
2 - Please check our Terms and Conditions
to make sure you are happy to proceed with the booking
3 - For all cottage enquiries please call Mark Hunter on 07801 678725,
or 01723 516468, or email to check they are still free. We try to keep
the table as up to date as possible, and is usually updated within 48
hours of a booking being confirmed
4 - All prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.
5 - If you wish to book we will take your details over the phone and make
a provisional booking, we will hold this for 7 days to give your deposit
time to arrive. Upon receipt of your deposit the booking will be confirmed.
6 - We then require a deposit of £100, please make the cheque payable
to 'White House Leisure Ltd'. We will then send you written confirmation
of your booking and a receipt
7 - We then require the balance of payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. We
will send you a receipt and a welcome pack including details of what to
do on arrival. If booking is less than 8 weeks from arrival date then
payment is required in full.
